We are seeking a talented Senior Advanced Software Engineer to support our MLOps, LLM and agentic AI integration, Databricks administration, data lake management, and cloud platform initiatives.
The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize ML pipelines; support GCP and Azure infrastructure; develop prompts for generative and agentic AI solutions; contribute to CI/CD practices; and help govern Databricks and data lake operations. This role works closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver reliable, innovative AI solutions.
You will report directly to our Director of SRE, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.

- The Individual will work in devops and SRE in forge & AI team.
- The individual will take care of CI/CD, deployment of AI/ML OPS pipeline and agentic AI deployment.
- The individual will work on Azure, GCP and data platform data bricks governance and make sure SRE best practice is followed.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 7+ years of DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure and GCP, infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible, and development/scripting with Python.
- 5+ years of experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins), plus 4+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Advanced Platform Engineering Experience -
Experience as a senior DevOps, SRE, or MLOps engineer, with a proven track record supporting Azure and GCP cloud, data, and AI platforms. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- AI/ML Operations Expertise -
Experience with MLOps practices for LLMs, generative AI, and agentic AI, including observability and monitoring platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, LangSmith), MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, Azure ML), and Databricks administration. - Industry Engagement & Certifications -
Contributions to open-source projects and relevant certifications in Azure, GCP, Databricks, MLOps, data lake technologies, or AI/agentic AI platforms, supported by strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in one or more of the following areas: MLOps, Agentic AI/LLM platforms, Databricks administration, data lake operations, or cloud platform engineering
