Inspire & Innovate
Work closely with the studio head and fellow designers to brainstorm and refine new ideas.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Expertise
7+ years of professional experience in slot game design.
A deep understanding of land-based gaming markets and casino player psychology.
Leadership experience in guiding creative and technical teams is a big plus!
Skills & Creativity
A strong grasp of game development workflows and methodologies.
The ability to collaborate with diverse teams, from mathematicians to animators.
Exceptional multitasking skills to bring multiple game concepts to life.
Excellent communication skills to share your vision with clarity and passion.
Education & Background
A Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Mathematics, Computer Science, Art, Digital Production, or a related field – or equivalent industry experience.
