Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Advanced Analytics Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will support strategic marketing initiatives, drive data-driven decision-making, and optimize campaign performance in a competitive telecom environment. You will be required to have significant technical expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and speech/text analytics to deliver actionable insights that contribute to business growth.

As a Senior Advanced Analytics Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop advanced analytics to uncover customer behaviors, preferences, and lifetime value, driving targeted engagement and retention strategies
  • Create frameworks to evaluate sales channel performance and enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Leverage text and speech analytics to extract customer insights, refine call drivers, and address operational challenges
  • Build and deploy propensity models to predict customer acquisition and churn, enabling proactive retention and acquisition strategies
  • Enhance analytics that differentiate markets by performance metrics, driving growth in underperforming areas
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate pricing and promotional elasticity and inform key stakeholder decisions
  • Analyze market and competitive dynamics influencing customer migration and switching behavior
  • Apply machine learning and predictive modeling to forecast trends, identify growth opportunities, and improve competitive positioning
  • Perform market analysis to uncover trends, evaluate pricing strategies, and identify differentiation opportunities
  • Collaborate with data engineering and IT to ensure accurate, accessible, and optimized data pipelines and analytics infrastructure
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor and improve marketing and acquisition performance
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative analytics culture, driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics, with a proven ability to deliver insights that drive business growth
  • Have strong technical skills and are proficient in analytical tools and platforms, including Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and speech analytics tools (e.g., CallMiner, Verint, NICE).
  • Have experience with propensity modeling, machine learning, and NLP techniques (preferably within telecom)
  • Excel at analyzing data to uncover trends, predict outcomes, and create actionable recommendations
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and a strong understanding of the telecom industry, including customer acquisition, churn reduction, and pricing strategies
