This role will report to the Senior Director of Ads Business Development and will support building out and managing the partners within the ads ecosystem. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success in contract negotiation, business development, partner management and deep ads expertise.
As an Ads Business Development & Partnership Manager at Reddit, you will play a key role on the Business Development Team working Customer Data Platforms, Store Builders and Brand Safety Partners. You'll develop, manage and support strategic relationships. You’ll be detail oriented and output focused, have strong communication and people skills, and you should have an innate ability to bring internal and external stakeholders together whilst managing partnerships and projects at the highest levels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute & monitor a measurement focused partnership programs.
- Focus on growing the measurement partner ecosystem. Customer Data Platforms, Clean Rooms & Mobile Measurement Partners.
- Act as an ads ecosystem thought leader in the industry; acting as an ambassador and spokesperson for Reddit.
- Support and assist partners through QBRs and strategic planning sessions.
- Define alongside the Activations and Enablement Team on GTM & educational approaches to drive advertiser adoption.
- Project, track, maintain progress and report on delivery against Reddit’s annual goals
- Work cross functionally with sales, product, measurement and insights teams to uplevel our partnerships and deliver best in class solutions for our clients
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, ecosystem development or ads product.
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and partner challenges
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal & external partners
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ad tech and store builder landscape
- Is flexible and has the innate ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work and environment managing change effectively

This job posting may span more than one career level.
In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission. The base pay range for this position is:
$147,000—$205,700 USD
