We’re looking for a Senior IS Administrator to join us at Telia.
I’m Andrius Sorkinas, Head of Linux platforms team, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a skilled team focused on providing high-level support and services to large clients.
What you’ll do:
In this position you will have the opportunity to explore various technologies, tackle diverse challenges, and continuously enhance your technical skills. You will:
- Manage Linux servers, dabatase clusters, work with high availability & performance of client infrastructures
- Handle key projects like infrastructure upgrades, client migrations, and service monitoring
- Automate things to enable efficient infrastructure management (with tools like Ansible, Bash, Python)
What will help you thrive in this role:
For this position we are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking and deep-digging mindset who has previously worked with designing, automating and securing IT infrastructure. You also have:
- Proven experience working with Linux OS (RHEL based) and databases clusters
- Knowledge of working with high availability infrastructures, cloud computing, and performance optimization
- Automation experience with tools such as Ansible
- Knowledge of Network Engineering - VLAN, VXLAN, Dynamic Routing, VPNs
- Proficiency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)

Monthly salary range for this position - 3500-5200 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
