About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team in Istanbul, Turkey. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in local practices, have at least 5+ years of administrative experience, and preferably have exposure to the crypto industry.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Workspace Management: Oversee space planning and rental handling. Maintain office environment and facilities.
  • Employee Welfare: Manage office welfare, local festival events and connections, and daily office operation support. Foster employee connection and engagement.
  • Business Support: Provide support for external & internal events or business requirements. 
  • Travel Management: Arrange and manage travel logistics for staff, including booking accommodations and flights, arranging transportation, and handling travel-related queries.
  • Asset and Procurement Management: Handle fixed assets and procurement, manage vendors, and optimize costs.
  • Budget Control and Data Analysis: Monitor budget, perform data analysis, and make financial recommendations.
  • Office Renovation: Participate in office renovation and expansion projects when required, managing timelines, budgets, and vendors.
What We Look For In You
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role; experience in the crypto industry is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of workspace management, employee welfare, business support, travel management, asset management, procurement, budget control, and data analysis.
  • Proven experience in policy drafting and managing local festival events.
  • Prior experience with office renovation projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
