Essential Functions
The Senior Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and project support to the assigned manager (typically Director or above) and the respective members / teams that report into this position. This role requires a high degree of administrative and project management ability. Prioritizes own workload and receives limited guidance. He/she manages calendars, prioritizes appointments, schedules meetings, coordinates meeting logistics, makes travel arrangements, takes meeting minutes at designated meetings, creates/submits expense reports, invoices creating of purchase orders, supports sponsorships and exhibits processes, and manages contracts and master service agreements.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience with demonstrated mastery of administrative skills
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Outlook
· Must be self-starter with the ability to multi-task, work with a high level of initiative
· Flexibility to accommodate to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Very strong customer service skills
· Must be able to exercise independent judgment, be resourceful and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
· Ability to influence leaders is a plus
· This position is hybrid and requires 3 days on site per week in our Nutley, NJ office. (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office).
Eisai Salary Transparency Language:
The hourly rate for the Senior Administrative Coordinator is from :$35-$47Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan.Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
