A Glimpse into Your New Role

As Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will be supporting JINIAA Youth Services – a dedicated Australian organization providing exceptional youth support and care. You will handle end-to-end admin responsibilities including travel bookings, timesheet management, reporting, compliance, recruitment coordination, and finance support. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring seamless admin operations across the business.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–7 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proven expertise in travel booking and logistics coordination

  • Experience handling timesheet management, reporting, and client approvals

  • Understanding of compliance and audit processes, including WWCC

  • Background in finance support including invoicing and expense documentation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently

  • Experience working with Australian companies (preferred)
