The Role
As our Senior Administrative Associate, you'll be the backbone of our clinic operations. You'll make sure patients have a great experience from the moment they walk in. You'll keep the facility running, the team coordinated, and the paperwork in order. If you like solving problems before they become problems, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Keep the clinic safe, clean, and fully operational every day
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leave planning
- Help patients book appointments and get the information they need on time
- Plan and run health outreach programs and wellness events in the community
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payments from corporate clients and vendors
- Make sure all regulatory paperwork is filed correctly and on time
- Train staff on digital tools and find ways to make processes faster and simpler
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or HND
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management in a service industry (healthcare, hospitality, or corporate services)
- Direct experience working in a healthcare or clinic setting
- Ability to use data to track performance and spot areas for improvement
- Completed NYSC or have a certificate of exemption
- Live within 10km of Lekki and Ajah
Nice to Have
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems or clinic management software
- Background in event coordination like corporate health talks or community outreaches
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance for health facilities (LAWMA, HEFAMAA, FIRS, LIRS)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with different teams
