The Opportunity
We’re looking for an organized and professional Senior Administrative Assistant to support Guidewire’s Chief Security Officer (CISO) and senior leaders across the Security organization. This role requires exceptional judgment, a deep understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to manage complex, time-sensitive tasks in a high-stakes technical environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting technology or security executives and will act as a critical liaison between the CISO's office, the Board of Directors, executive management, and external partners.. This may also include calendar and travel coordination, expense reporting, light project and program support, and meeting logistics. You’ll collaborate with leaders across functions and work closely with other executive assistants across Guidewire. You will report to Guidewire’s CISO.
Job Description
Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, and handle scheduling conflicts with diplomacy
Plan and book travel itineraries, including air, hotel, and ground transportation
Prepare and submit expense reports and ensure timely processing of reimbursements
Support internal and external meeting logistics including agenda prep, attendee coordination, and follow-ups
Help track simple security programs and internal initiatives, ensuring tasks stay on schedule
Partner with other executive assistants and administrative staff to support team-wide activities and events
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations for the security leadership team

1–3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally in a corporate or fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom; experience with Concur or similar travel/expense platforms is a plus
Comfortable managing competing priorities and working independently
Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,000 - $94,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.Disability Accommodations and Guidewire’s Appeals Process.
