Job Resonsibilities
- Manage the CFO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CFO.
- Prepare, review, and edit presentations, reports, and financial documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinate and support meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up action items.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information.
- Plan and organize meetings, luncheons, and employee recognition events
- Serve as liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data gathering as requested.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and priorities to help the CFO stay on top of strategic initiatives.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as expense reports, filing, and recordkeeping.
- Compile information for the annual report & Stockbook - includes gathering financial information, creating and updating spreadsheets/charts, preparing PowerPoint presentation
- Assists with questions and information on national and quarterly meetings as well as creating/coordinating materials for national meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.·
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to relate well and communicate with people of all levels within the organization
- Ability to exercise discretion, professionalism, and judgement in handling confidential or sensitive matters.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively anticipate the needs of an executive.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Work Experience/Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years’ administrative experience supporting corporate leadership environment.
