Travel Expectations: Minimal, with occasional travel for team offsites or events
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented administrative professional with experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You bring a track record of effective calendar and travel coordination, facilities oversight, and event logistics, with sound judgment and discretion. Success in this role requires:
5-7 years of experience in a professional administrative support role
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Workday, and expense reporting platforms
Ability to manage shifting priorities, last-minute changes, and confidential information
A collaborative, customer-service mindset and strong communication skills
Comfort navigating ambiguity and proposing process improvements

Compensation:
We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.
For this salaried exempt position is $72,000 - $99,500. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.

What you’ll do:
Provide high-level calendar management for two senior leaders, including coordinating complex, dynamic schedules and handling last-minute changes with professionalism.
Facilitate seamless travel arrangements for your principals, including building itineraries, booking accommodations, and processing expense reports.
Oversee the daily functions of the travel program by addressing team inquiries and managing the allocation of charges for the corporate travel card.
Own execution of Tyson’s office operations, ensuring a polished, welcoming, and efficient environment.
Handle mailroom logistics, including sorting, scanning, distributing deliveries, and advising team members on mailing needs.
Collaborate on team events and logistics, assist with in-house programs, and support special projects and process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate facilities-related requests (e.g., meeting setup, A/V, Wi-Fi), lunch orders, and conference room bookings.
Exercise sound judgment, especially when handling sensitive or confidential information.
