About this role:
Wells Fargo has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join the CB CAO Administrative Services Group in our Century City, Los Angeles office. Join a dynamic team that fosters a framework of delivering on all aspects of core administrative and facilities support to multiple business in Commercial Banking.
In this role, you will:
Meeting, calendar, and event coordination for senior level leaders. Providing detailed data, information and resources to leaders and participants. Setting up and collaborating MS Teams meetings.
Travel support providing detailed domestic, and international travel arrangements, including multi-segmented trips, and having knowledge of travel planning for air, car, rail, and hotel accommodations.
Expense management while preparing, reviewing, and finalizing expense reports. Adhering to all expense management policies.
Skillfully managing the reception area by announcing visitors and ensuring security protocols. Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier deliveries efficiently. Preparing outgoing mail and packages.
Ensure the maintenance of facilities, handling building requests and providing Guardian approval access.
Assisting with third party domestic invoice processing with knowledgeable understanding of current and applicable GLs/AUs.
Processing requests for meetings, events, sponsorships, and membership with an understanding of all aspects of policy and procedures.
Onboarding/Offboarding while supporting new employee(s) with space access, supply setup, equipment and Cisive 1-9 processing.
Demonstration of professionalism while interacting with Operating Committee Leadership.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experienced skill level in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint).
Experience supporting multiple managers through different time zones.
Experience with the Concur Travel Management System and Workday.
Strong ability with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Provide best-in-class administrative support services.
Developing relationships with peer admins and executive specialists to foster collaboration across different business areas and share best practices with processes and policies.
Job Expectations:
Candidate will be required to be physically present in-office at a minimum of 4 days a week.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
