Job Introduction:
At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a highly efficient, dynamic, personable and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and providing secondary support to the CEO's office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism. This role requires the ability to work effectively both in-office 4 days per week at our Durham, NC location and remotely.
Who we are looking for:
Highly organized, dynamic, personable, and detail-oriented individuals with a passion for excellence in administrative support. Who will provide high-level administrative support, manage complex schedules, plan seamless and organized travel itineraries who possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.
What you will do:

Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Work closely with the CEO’s office

Assist the CEO’s Executive Assistant in managing daily administrative tasks

Act as secondary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Help schedule meetings as directed

Organize and maintain files and records
-
Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Assist with special projects and research as assigned

Provide administrative support to other C-level executives at times

Compose and submit expense reports
Additional details:
-
3-5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is required in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, an eye for detail, the ability to multitask and work under pressure, and a high level of self-motivation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with Concur or a similar expense report management tool is required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
