We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to become the operational heartbeat of our Support Center.

What You'll Do

As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting leaders, managing office operations, and ensuring an outstanding experience for team members and visitors alike.

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day Support Center operations

  • Assist with workflow coordination and scheduling for the administrative team

  • Prepare, proofread, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment

  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, calendars, catering, room setup, and logistics

  • Manage office supplies, kitchen operations, shipping, mail distribution, and vendor services

  • Assist leaders with invoice management and recurring administrative processes

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 3-5+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple leaders

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business communication tools

  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and project coordination skills
