Provides high level, more complex secretarial/administrative support to senior management employees or groups in the Bank
Primary Responsibilities:- Prepare and arrange all Loan Committees for the Commercial Bank to include agendas and meeting packages.
- Oversee the scheduling of all Committee Agendas for the Commercial Bank with attendance required at all meetings. All standing meetings are scheduled between the hours of 8:30 am – 5 pm with the exception of a Senior Loan Committee held at 8 am every Friday.
- Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or Regulatory standards and policies.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Associate's degree or equivalent in experience
4 years progressive secretarial/administrative support experience with demonstrated development of skills on-the-job
Microsoft Proficient
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience supporting senior level leadership in a large corporate environment
- Knowledge of video conferencing software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and handle competing priorities
- Ability to communicate clearly, concise, and with tact with all levels of management
- Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues with applications and systems
