Seeking a highly experienced, organized, and action-oriented individual to provide professional administrative support to the Vice President of Process Design Kits, the Director of DE Applications and Support, and their teams within the Design Technology Platform Organization. This role requires sound judgment, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage complex calendars, assignments, and priorities within broadly defined parameters aligned to strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Organize and manage highly complex calendars for two or more leaders, maintaining executive agendas and coordinating appointments, customer meetings, conferences, and related commitments.
• Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa processing when required, and prepare accurate expense reports.
• Support departmental, quarterly, recognition, conference, and face-to-face events by planning agendas, coordinating logistics, and partnering across the organization to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage department meeting logistics and maintain key administrative resources, including organizational charts, PDLs, SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams sites, and Santa Clara office space coordination.
• Use Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing systems, and finance systems to support tactical projects, administrative tasks, supply orders, CR coordination, and purchasing activities.
• Partner closely with senior and executive administrative staff, contributing productively and collaboratively as a member of the broader administrative team.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED with 5 + years of experience in related administrative roles.
• 5+ years of experience supporting multiple leaders in an administrative assistant capacity.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 1+ year of experience using common enterprise tools such as Workday, Concur, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.
