Provide administrative support for Institutional Effectiveness, including correspondence, scheduling, meeting coordination, invoice and requisition processing (Jenzabar), budget and visa allocation management, executive scheduling and travel arrangements, expense approvals, and improving administrative procedures.

- Perform any additional duties within the scope of this position
- Proven administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Degree in business administration (desirable).
- Certificate in business administration or related (essential)
