About the opportunity

This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders within a complex, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, supporting the sequencing of priorities, managing workflows, and ensuring the efficient delivery of business activities in support of the Deputy Registrars in the Division of the Academic Registrar. The position contributes to achieving broader team objectives through proactive support and strong organisational insight.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • work closely with the Deputy Registrars and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders

  • manage complex calendars, meetings, and competing priorities with accuracy and efficiency

  • prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, briefing materials, and presentations

  • coordinate meetings and events including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions

  • act as a central point of contact, managing enquiries with discretion and sound judgement

  • maintain effective records and administrative systems in line with organisational requirements

About you

  • demonstrated experience providing senior administrative or executive support in a complex environment

  • proven ability to manage competing priorities, including complex scheduling and time-sensitive tasks

  • experience preparing professional business documents, reports, and presentations

  • strong capability in coordinating meetings and events, including documentation and follow-up

  • advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems such as calendars, records, and HR platforms

  • proven adaptability and agility, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and working styles.

You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.
