Senior Administrative Support (Medio Tiempo)

This position provides decision support and analytics to key business partners which will help drive improved financial performance. This person will be involved in a variety of activities supporting the Global Business Consulting and Solutions function The role requires providing high-profile business analysis and financial decision support and support in Cvent. Part-time job.

What You’ll Do:

• Produce and analyze Meetings monthly results
• Support planning & forecasting processes
• Prepare and process journal entries
• Provide strategic analytics and decision support to further grow revenue, control cost and improve margins
• Be the liaison with HQ Finance and Market Teams
• Continually assess processes to resolve where improvements can be made
• Conduct cost benefit analysis and business case justification

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analysis skills, including data sourcing and the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills/ability to empathise with the market /product teams
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
• Cvent experience
• Target-setting and tracking against milestones
• Self-starter showcasing well developed analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive results. 
• Strong modeling skills, excel capabilities.
• Capable of providing thought leadership in respect of potential process improvement.
• Must be a team player, but have an ability to influence others without formal authority.
• Crucial to forge positive relationships within the market finance teams
• Must be able to handle multiple projects both simultaneously and independently.
