ABOUT US
As Indie's Senior Admin Analyst, you will work in close cooperation with the other teams to ensure that the flow of admin tasks is correctly designed and executed (eg multi-company correspondence is properly treated, stored and responded), improve/automatize the treatment of fines and tolls committed by our fleet, design and implement more efficient processes to improve the Admin tasks of all departments within Indie Campers (managing contracted external partners as well). You will be working with a team of one or two analysts, with support services.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Improve and own administrative or managerial duties in an accurate, diligent and timely manner;
- Develop & monitor Admin KPI's - Treatment lead time and Compliance status;
- Own and monitor admin process Dashboards & Control mechanisms;
- Map & Identify opportunities to optimize IC's admin flow - automation + digitalization of processes and tasks;
- Source, Identify and coordinate service providers that can allow admin flow optimization and cost efficiency.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or similar;
- 2+ years experience in accounting, admin or documentation management role;
- Experience as supervisor or team leader role;
- Full proficiency with Excel/Google sheets;
- Experience using and/or building Airtable is a plus
- Full English proficiency (mandatory) and German (plus);
- Experience with cloud collaboration services, Software for Automation of recurring tasks;
- High levels of organisation, planning, and adaptability;
- Good communication skills.
