We are currently looking for a Senior Ad Marketplace Manager with strong skills and proven experience for a full-time engagement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic and operational management of our marketplace activities (e.g. Amazon, eBay, and other platforms) with a focus on performance marketing in Europe
- Planning, implementation, and optimization of advertising campaigns (e.g. Amazon Ads: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
- Continuous analysis and optimization of relevant KPIs (ROAS, ACOS, revenue, visibility)
- Identification of growth opportunities and scaling of successful campaigns
- Close collaboration with internal teams (E-Commerce, Pricing, Content) to improve overall performance
- Management of external agencies and partners
- Support in the further development of the marketplace strategy at an international level
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in marketplace management with a strong focus on advertising (especially Amazon)
- Proven track record in scaling revenue and profitability through marketplace campaigns
- Very good understanding of performance marketing and data-driven optimization
- Confident use of analytics tools and marketplace dashboards
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong hands-on mentality
- Experience in an international environment is an advantage
- Very good English and German language skills
