We’re now looking for a Senior Acurity Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team and play a key role in the evolution of our core administration platform, Acurity.
The opportunity
You will lead the design and delivery of application changes across our Acurity environment, supporting regulatory, product and business initiatives while helping shape how we build and deliver technology.
This role offers the chance to influence technical direction, mentor others and contribute to solutions that directly impact our members and business outcomes.
About the role
- Design and develop scalable, secure application solutions
- Deliver enhancements aligned to business and regulatory priorities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver end to end solutions
- Drive code quality through reviews, testing and best practice standards
- Mentor developers and uplift team capability
- Contribute to planning, estimation and continuous improvement
- Support production stability and resolve complex issues
About you
- Proven experience developing in Acurity
- Strong SQL and database capability
- Experience across the full software development life cycle using Agile
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Passion for delivering high quality outcomes
