The Senior AR Administrator insures the timely and accurate disbursement of student credit balances from financial aid and cash. In addition, the Senior AR Administrator will reconcile student operating accounts, posts incoming wire payments and Financial aid EFT disbursements.Processes Title IV credit balances and Non-Title IV overages as stipend checks
Processes refunds resulting from overpayments or student withdrawals
Liaison for our bank servicer
Handles banking issues such as charge backs
Reconciles credit card payments and updates logs
Sends monthly invoices to our inactive student body
Assists with student calls, emails, and walk-ins when needed
Other Responsibilities:
Adheres to the policies and procedures of Full Sail University
Adheres to company attendance standards
Supports AR Department by meeting and talking with students reaching out for assistance
Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Previous experience with data entry or financial services
Computer/Equipment Skills:
Proficiency using software programs such as MS Work, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in office environment. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 30lbs.
