The role:

As a Senior Accounting RTR Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Review and analyse information from the general ledger and other accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness, and take corrective action as appropriate

  • Oversee the preparation of month-end and year-end close processes

  • Lead the preparation of management accounts and reports for key business stakeholders

  • Perform trial balance reviews, consolidation activities, and month-end control processes, including support for statutory audits

  • Lead financial analysis and support monitoring of financial and operational performance metrics to drive informed decision-making

  • Prepare presentations, standard and ad-hoc reports, and respond to business queries from stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide input on judgement-based accruals and assumptions

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Proven experience in a record-to-report role within a global corporate environment, with a strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting

  • Strong business orientation with analytical and lateral thinking skills, able to derive insights and connect information from multiple sources

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders fluently in English

  • Proactive, accountable and self-driven, with high integrity and attention to accuracy, consistently delivering on commitments

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including dashboard and presentation creation

  • High level of commercial awareness combined with a results-driven mindset and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in a record-to-report role within a global corporate environment with strong management accounting and financial reporting knowledge
  • Experience overseeing month-end and year-end close processes, trial balance reviews and consolidation activities
  • Experience supporting statutory audits and month-end control processes
  • Ability to prepare management accounts, standard and ad-hoc reports, and stakeholder presentations
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems
  • Advanced computer literacy including Excel, PowerPoint and Word; experience creating dashboards and presentations
