The Senior Accounting Manager plays a key leadership role in shaping and scaling Entrata’s accounting operations. This position combines technical accounting expertise, strategic thinking, and people leadership to drive financial excellence across the organization. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee accounting operations across multiple business functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Own and drive the month-end and year-end close processes, delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.
- Serve as a technical accounting subject matter expert, providing guidance on complex transactions, accounting standards, and strategic business initiatives.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve accounting policies, processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency, scalability, and financial integrity.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, executive leadership, and key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional development.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience required; a master’s degree may offset a portion of the experience requirement.
- Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system strongly preferred.
- CPA designation strongly preferred.
