This newly created senior leadership role sits at the heart of our expanding global finance function and represents a critical appointment as the business enters its next phase of rapid international growth. The company is forecast to double in size over the next year, and we require an experienced accounting leader to build, scale, and own the financial control environment across all entities.

As accounting leader, you will take full ownership of the global month‑end close, consolidated financial statements, internal controls, compliance, and financial governance across our four international entities, with the UK as the primary hub. You will drive the transformation of our accounting function from its current state into a robust, scalable, best‑practice operation capable of supporting a high‑growth global organisation.

This role is both strategic and hands‑on. You will shape the finance operating model, establish fit‑for‑purpose processes, lead the optimisation of our newly implemented Business Central ERP, and ensure that financial data, reporting, and controls are accurate, timely, and decision‑ready. You will also oversee relationships with third‑party providers and ensure coordinated, compliant financial operations across all markets.

You will lead initiatives to design and embed SOPs, accounting policies, internal controls frameworks, and governance structures, while identifying and delivering continuous improvements that prepare the business for future scale. In addition, you will oversee — and where necessary, directly manage — critical project work including system upgrades, entity integration, audit preparation, and expansion‑related accounting requirements.

The role may involve occasional international travel and offers significant scope to grow into a broader leadership position as the organisation continues to scale.

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or consolidation roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes. 
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft suite and ERP systems (e.g., Business Central). 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
