Key Responsibilities:
- Own and support full-cycle month-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, flux analysis)
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform operating expense analysis and budget vs. actual variance reviews
- Assist with payroll allocations, reserves, and revenue-related entries
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance leadership
- Identify and improve manual accounting processes
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong month-end close experience
- Advanced Excel skills (comfortable with large data sets)
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
