Esta posição é responsável por executar e apoiar processos de contabilidade geral, garantindo a precisão dos registros financeiros e a conformidade com as políticas e normas aplicáveis. O/A profissional atuará diretamente na preparação de lançamentos contábeis, conciliações de contas, controle de ativos e passivos, elaboração do report mensal e trimestral para o corporativo, manutenção de registros financeiros e realização de fechamentos contábeis periódicos.
A posição reporta diretamente ao Líder da Equipe de Contabilidade no Brasil e exige um perfil analítico, organizado e com forte atenção aos detalhes para apoiar a integridade financeira da organização.
Suas responsabilidades:
Calcular e contabilizar provisões (accruals).
Realizar testes de sistemas.
Controlar e analisar contratos de arrendamento (leases), reconhecimento de receita (POC – Percentage of Completion), adiantamentos de clientes (Customer Advance), receitas não faturadas (Unbilled), diferenças contábeis entre GAAPs e outros processos complexos.
Efetuar lançamentos contábeis.
Realizar reconciliações complexas de contas patrimoniais (Balanço) e de resultado (P&L).
Atender auditorias internas e externas e executar controles SOX.
Preparar e enviar relatórios corporativos.
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua.
Requisitos essenciais:
Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, concluída ou em andamento.
Excel intermediário, incluindo PROCV/PROCX (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), SOMASES (SUMIFS) e Tabela Dinâmica (Pivot Table).
Experiência prévia em contabilidade.
Inglês intermediário a avançado (será avaliado em entrevista).
Mentalidade Lean.
Perfil prático (hands-on).
Mentalidade voltada para resolução de problemas.
Raciocínio lógico.
Boa comunicação.
Conhecimento em SAP e Oracle (HFM).
Diferenciais:
Excel avançado, incluindo Macros/VBA e Power BI.
