Key responsibilities
End-to-end accounting tasks, handling incoming and outgoing invoices, process travel and other expenses and other internal documents
Manage monthly and annual closing and preparation of financial reports, post accruals
Manage payroll related data reporting
Tax administration
Reconciliation and monitoring the general ledger
Ensure the posting of bank account statements
Communicating and keeping contact with suppliers, employees, auditors, and authorities
Cooperation with Tax advisors and Chief Accountant
Participation in projects (e.g. process optimization, etc.)
Participation in audit preparation and implementing policies, systems and processes
University/College degree in accounting
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in an international environment
Local GAAP knowledge and VAT reporting, Financial Statements, CIT preparation experience
Able to work in an international team, and also independently
Advanced level of English (able to communicate actively within an international team) minimum B2 level
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid computer skills including MS Office applications (MS Excel),
SAP user experience is advantage
Good problem solving and communication skills
Precision while completing daily work, paying attention to details
Willingness to travel to Pezinok, Slovakia normally bimonthly
