Propósito del Puesto
- Por qué este rol es importante: Como Senior Accountant, desempeñarás un papel clave en preparar y presentar el informe mensual del cierre contable, contabilizar las ventas de Virgin, aplicar los recaudos de los diferentes canales de ventas, preparar y presentar la conciliación de cartera mensual, gestionar la propiedad planta y equipo, con la dirección del gerente de Contabilidad atender la auditoria anual y emitir los Estados Financieros. Tu trabajo contribuirá directamente a Virgin Mobile Colombia en el área de Contabilidad , impulsando nuestra capacidad para transformar el mercado.
- Cómo luce el éxito: En tu primer periodo, lograrás apoyar al equipo de Contabilidad con lo descrito en el párrafo anterior logrando contribuir con el cierre contable mensual en los 4 primeros días hábiles del mes además de lograr una auditoria con opinión limpia y en el tiempo definido.

Responsabilidades Clave
En este rol, te encargarás de:
- Liderar la preparación del informe mensual del cierre contable, asegurando su análisis y entrega en los primeros 4 días hábiles de cada mes.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Contabilidad y las áreas de la compañía, impulsando el análisis y cumplimiento de las actividades necesarias para el cierre contable del mes.
- Gestionar las actividades necesarias en la contabilización de la cartera, garantizando el control de las ventas y los recaudos de todos los canales de ventas de la compañía.
- Gestionar las actividades necesarias en el reconocimiento, medición inicial y medición posterior de la PPE, Intangibles y gastos pagados por anticipado en nuestra ERP (SAP), acorde a las normas tributarias, IFRS y políticas de Beyond One.
- Atender la Auditoria en sus etapas de planeación, pre cierre y cierre anual, obteniendo una opinión limpia y en el tiempo estipulado.
- Apoyar al Gerente en la emisión de los estados financieros junto con sus notas.
Cualificaciones y Atributos
Buscamos a alguien que represente lo siguiente:
- Educación: Contador público con conocimientos de IFRS y gran experiencia en manejo de la ERP SAP deseable SAP Sport Hana 4.
- Experiencia: Más de 5 años en cargos de elaboración y presentación de Estados Financieros. Experiencia en manejo de Activos Fijos, cartera y recaudo,
Habilidades Técnicas:
- Imprescindibles: Sólidos conocimientos de SAP, ser hábil en Excel, tablas dinámicas cruces de información y mucha actitud.
- Deseables: Conocimientos y experiencia en contabilidad de telecomunicaciones.
- Se desenvuelve bien en autogestión y enfoque del negocio.
- Posee una mentalidad proactiva, disponibilidad y foco en el cumplimiento.

Skills Required
- Degree in Public Accounting
- More than 5 years of experience in financial reporting
- Experience in managing fixed assets and accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of IFRS
