We are hiring new Professional Accountants to join our growing and dynamic accounting team.
We are a well-established accounting firm and on the look-out for Professional Accountants to join our rock star team. You will be responsible for managing and growing your own portfolio of accounting clients within our firm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all financial matters.
- Understanding clients' financial goals and objectives and providing tailored financial solutions and advice.
- Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze financial information, including income, expenses, and investments.
- Day-to-day accounting tasks for a portfolio of clients.
- Compile Monthly/Weekly financial reports (management accounts) to your portfolio of clients.
- Ensure your clients are compliant with SARS and CIPC.
- Manage a team of trainee accountant/s.
Requirements
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- BCom Degree in Accounting/Financial Management.
- Completed SAIPA/SAICA articles.
- Must be registered with a recognized board, being - CIMA, Prof Account SA, and Charted Accountants SA
- Minimum two years post-article experience within a practice.
- Must know Xero Software.
