Why this role?
We are looking for a Senior Accountant professional who manages daily, monthly and year-end financial transactions, Balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of Intercompany / Logistics invoices and payments. This role is the focal point on internal control and contributes to continuous improvement of accounting processes.
What will you be doing?
- Develops, Implements and monitors country Internal controls, accounting standard company policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Assist financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Overseeing a Fixed cost budget, forecast and involves the strategic planning, tracking and control company investment.
- Perform Balance sheet reconciliation timely
- Perform month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing activities.
- Oversee Intercompany / logistics invoices processes, reconcile intercompany transactions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline end to end process.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for treasury activities matters.
- Coordinate with internal auditors, external auditors stakeholders
- Ad hoc assignment by supervisor.
Are you the one?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CPD license is an advantage.
- Average 8-10 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Thai and English
