We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing UK Finance team in Manchester. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our numbers are not only accurate but meaningful — providing insight that drives decisions and keeps our business moving forward.
What you’ll be doingIn this hands-on and varied role, you’ll take ownership of financial reporting and analysis, supporting the month-end close, preparing management accounts, and ensuring robust controls are in place. You’ll play a key role in producing accurate, timely financial results and explaining what the numbers really mean — turning data into action for leaders across the business.
You’ll also oversee tax and compliance activities, liaising with HMRC and external auditors to keep everything running smoothly. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll help shape how our finance function operates — finding smarter ways to work, supporting forecasting cycles, and mentoring junior colleagues as part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
What you’ll bringYou’re a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with solid post-qualification experience and a strong grasp of IFRS. You combine technical rigour with commercial awareness — as comfortable diving into the details as you are explaining the bigger picture.
Your background includes management reporting, budgeting, and cost control in a dynamic environment. You’re confident in Excel, familiar with ERP or BI tools, and curious about continuous improvement. Most importantly, you bring clarity, energy, and a proactive mindset to every challenge.
