We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role will take ownership of monthly financial reporting and analysis, working closely with the company’s management team to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will also provide occasional support to AR/AP operations during overseas team absences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L, cost and margin analysis, and budget vs actual variance

• Support month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial data submission

• Conduct financial analysis to support business planning and operational decisions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial inputs

• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

• Identify areas for financial process improvement and support implementation

• Provide temporary support for accounts receivable and payable when needed (e.g., during overseas team leave)

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in e-commerce or a dynamic environment

• Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• High attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines

• Mandarin is a plus
