- Responsible for accounting on payroll such as month end closing, balance sheet reconciliation, balance analysis etc.
- Perform account reconciliation and arrange for BS reviews with managers
- Execute to roles and responsibilities which may be assigned by manager.
- Identify simplification, automation and standardisation opportunities to improve processes
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls on payroll accounting
- Support statutory audit for payroll requests
Job Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (e.g. Bachelor's degree, CA, CPA, ACCA) with at least 5 years of experience in Accounting
- Experience in multinational company or shared service organisation is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent MS Excel skills,
- SAP ERP knowledge is preferred
- Ability to manage complexity and dynamic business situation
