The Senior Accountant role is based in Hazlet, NJ, in a remote setting. Occasional in-office presence is expected approximately once or twice a quarter, in New York City and/or Hazlet/Union Beach, NJ, with flexibility to ensure work-life balance.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

· Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records, reporting, and internal controls.

· Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes.

· Prepare and/or review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial account analyses.

· Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making.

· Supervise accounting activities for legal entities in compliance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and company policies.

· Collaborate with Global Business Services (GBS) center managers and cross-functional teams.

· Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

· Coordinate with Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting, and other teams on deliverables and special projects.

· Manage internal and external audit processes for assigned legal entities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred or in progress.

· 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience.

· Strong proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP ) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

· Experience with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and corporate accounting policies.

· Skilled in analyzing financial data and explaining variances including Month-over-Month (MoM), Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ), and Year-over-Year (YoY).

· Proven ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate across teams, including international teams.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
