Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities for manufacturing operations
- Prepare and review financial statements, including variance and cost analyses
- Assist with audit preparation and address technical accounting matters
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and production teams to improve systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of experience in related field (manufacturing industry experience preferred)
- Knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on ERP system experience (manufacturing ERP a plus)
- Strong understanding of inventory, cost accounting, and standard costing methods
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment is a plus
