What You Can Expect

• Maintenance of Marvell India accounting records as per USGAAP & IND AS

• Preparation of IND AS financials and handling statutory audit.

• Income tax filing and transfer pricing filings on timely manner.

• Close monitoring of India statutory filings and completion of the same on timely.

• Fixed asset management including physical verification & Fixed asset accounting and as per Companies act.

What We're Looking For

• CA with 2-4 years of experience or Semi qualified CA/MBA with 4-6 years of experience in USGAAP and INDAS bookkeeping and statutory reporting’s.

• Experience in end-to-end legal entity accounting as per IFRS /IND AS accounting standards.

• Accurate and timely execution of month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Apply professional skepticism and an inquisitive approach to review and analyze the appropriateness and reasonableness of underlying accounting principles.

• Must have experience in fixed asset accounting and handling physical verification of assets.

• Provide support for statutory audits, direct and indirect tax return preparation, and responses to governmental audit inquiries.

• Assess risk over accounts and areas of responsibility. Apply judgment to ensure that financial integrity of accounting entries, accruals, and account reconciliations are intact and operating effectively.

• Analytical thinker who can identify and implement effective processes improvements.

• Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a software system preferably experience in Oracle R12.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, strong written and oral communication skills.
