Job Description

• Facilitate month end closing process on accurate and timely manner

• Perform comprehensive accounting activities to maintain a complete and accurate general ledger

• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations

• Maintain fixed assets (include coordinate tagging, reconciling items and oversee disposal process)

• Facilitate annual financial statement audit and provide accounting support to external auditors and tax personnel

• Produce ad hoc reporting as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a general ledger accounting role required, public accounting firm background is a plus point

• Experience working within a general ledger system; Oracle EBS is a plus point

• Understanding of inter-company and foreign currency translations

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

• Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and work effectively with others

• Demonstrate ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely

• Proficient use of MS Office programs including MS Word and advanced in MS Excel

• Versatile, dependable, flexible team player

• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and take ownership of assigned tasks or projects
