Senior Accountant

Key responsibilties:

• Safeguard all legal requirements of local and international accounting rules.
• Perform postings in the area of responsibility:
  • inbound and assembling/MIRO, other vendors (cons), fixed assets (local GAAP), miscellaneous (cons), bank, accruals.  
• Management of
  • IC balances (uploads and reconciliations in Coupa)
  • monthly reconciliation of subledgers (AR/AP/CP) to GL
  • payment entries for approval into Coupa
• Responsible for proper execution of credit management internal rules (debtors’ credit limit, debtors’ aging, dunning procedure).
• Safeguard adherence of the local processes to the internal compliance guidelines

Additional Responsibilities

• Providing input to all change projects like SAP upgrades or new processes.
• Safeguard all requirements of segregation of duties for the company in the area of responsibility.
• Involvement in internal and external audits
• Masterdata management in close cooperation with sales or purchasing department.
• Preparing and reporting all tax relevant information and transactions (VAT, Other Taxes, CIT, Local Tax) of the company state authorities.

Professional Experience and Education

• Fluent English written and spoken to communicate with FHCS group wide contacts

Experience in finance and accounting area (>5 years)

Specific knowledge

• HU GAAP and IFRS Accounting
• FI module of SAP

Understand different business models for FHCS Consumer / Professional
