This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will be directly involved with financial reporting, month-end close, day to day general ledger accounting and working with the Company’s external auditors.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Month-End Close Cycle. Active involvement in establishing and maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting month-end close cycle

  • General Ledger and Sub-ledgers. Manage ledgers and any associated supporting schedules

  • Process Improvements. Support the global subsidiaries' accounting close process, drive process improvements, and assist with fluctuation analyses and financial statement analytics

  • SOX Compliance. Support the implementation and documentation of internal control processes and procedures, while ensuring compliance with both internal controls and SOX requirements

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Reporting

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 10+ years of experience in the General Ledger function 

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA preferred

  • Minimum 5 years in a management position at a publicly traded high-tech company

Desired Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience on Netsuite or ERP. Proficient or experience using NetSuite and large ERP is a plus

  • Organization and Project Management skills - Strong organizational and project management skills. Strong time management skill s and able to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time

  • Communication skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, with a high customer service focus. 

  • Collaboration skills- A Great interpersonal skills and commitment to working with a diverse staff

  • Analytical and Reporting skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

  • Excel skills. Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formula usage

  • Open to working during high-demand periods.

  • Shift. Willing to work on night shift (US hours)

  • Work Set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
