As our new Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting activities related to taxes, compliance, accounting, and audits for Spain and Portugal.
You will be actively involved in creating and managing a tax calendar to ensure statutory deadlines are met while coordinating all tax activities with KPMG.
This exciting role includes attending to tax-related audits and requests, as well as developing and documenting internal controls related to taxes. Additionally, you will prepare statistical declarations for government institutions, support e-invoicing processes, and contribute to various tax projects within the region.
Moreover, you can look forward to:
- Coordinating external and internal audits
- Assisting with research and planning related to indirect tax issues
- Supporting finance projects
- Preparing statutory financial reports
- Managing relationships with banks
- Reviewing and approving internal controls
- Coordinating with Global Business Services for accounting requests

- Bachelor’s degree in finance/business or equivalent proven experience
- Experience in Similar Positions
- Advance skills in Excel
- Proficient in ERP Systems
- Master in Taxes would be an advantage.
- Great communication skills in English and Portuguese. Spanish would be a plus.
