  • Follow up on requests from statutory auditors, auditors, tax advisers and other external partners.
  • Document accounting treatments and keep supporting documentation up to date.

International and intercompany transactions

  • Record and reconcile intercompany transactions, recharges, shared costs and management fees.
  • Review intercompany balances for consistency and follow up with the relevant entities.
  • Contribute to the accounting oversight of the French branch and certain German entities, in coordination with local teams and external advisers.
  • Ensure costs and revenue are correctly allocated across entities, activities and periods.
  • Help improve closing procedures and internal controls across the international scope.

Reporting and process improvement

  • Prepare accounting information required for group financial reporting.
  • Provide analysis and explanations for account movements and unusual items.
  • Help align accounting practices and document procedures.
  • Identify ways to improve data reliability and reduce manual work.
  • Use and help optimise accounting and finance tools, including NetSuite.
