Overall Purpose
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports, lead complex accounting projects, and support compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies. Responsibilities include collecting, recording, classifying, examining, analyzing, and reporting accounting transactions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely both internal and external financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and applicable regulatory requirements. Help in preparation of profit and loss, income, and balance sheet statements. Additionally, support audit activities and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests from leadership.
General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, and support month-end and year-end close processes.
Fluctuation Analysis: Assume ownership and responsibility for a designated set of accounts, including developing a detailed understanding of account activity and explaining related fluctuations in account balances.
Internal Controls and Audit Coordination: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets, and coordinate with external auditors during annual audits by providing necessary documentation.
Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and participate in special projects as assigned by management, ensuring organizational goals and compliance standards are met.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of related experience required. Certification may be required in some areas.
