- Lead and oversee the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes with the shared service provider to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, board materials, and oversee intercompany transactions, capital projects, GST reporting, treasury, and statutory financial reporting.
- Monitor accounts receivable, perform sales reconciliations, analyze aged balances, and drive timely cash collection through root cause analysis.
- Strengthen financial controls by supporting internal and external audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, process improvements, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve financial performance, support budgeting and special projects, and drive the company's digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting with strong exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, auditing, GST reporting, and intercompany accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP/S4HANA, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of accounting standards and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
- Leadership experience with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in budgeting, corporate financial reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
