Level is seeking a Senior Accountant to help us scale our financial operations and ensure a strong backbone for our next stage of growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, treasury management, and bank reconciliations across several operating units

  • Assist with accounting for international operation, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations

  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP

  • Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and vendors as needed

  • Evaluate and implement accounting systems and processes that scale with company growth

Qualifications

Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Qualified for CPA license; CPA strongly preferred

  • 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience (Big 4 accounting firm or high-growth startup is highly preferred)

  • Deep understanding of US GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting

  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel/Google Sheets

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately, and balance multiple tasks with aggressive timelines simultaneously

Skills Required
