Job Description:

The Senior Accountant - SPV handles the preparation, reconciliation, and complex booking of accounting for assigned companies, including invoices and tax entries.
Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and colleagues, executing monthly and yearly closings, preparing audit documentation and tax declarations, and supporting the transition from external accounting firms.
  • Preparation / checking / accounts reconciliation and complex booking of the accounting of the assigned companies (invoices issued, invoices received, bank statements, assets, taxes, recharges / management fees and other IC bookings, internal bookings – accruals, estimates, reclasses, offsets, revaluations).
  • Communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Active cooperation with colleagues from other departments within the Group.
  • Preparation and timely execution of monthly and yearly closing for Group purposes.
  • Preparation and timely execution of statutory closing including financial statements and relevant reports.
  • Preparation of documentation for external audit, cooperation with auditors.
  • Preparation of documentation for VAT declarations and other tax declarations.
  • Preparation of statistical reports.
  • Handover of accounting from an external accounting firm and support in set-up of accounting system (if needed).
  • Preparation of other reports as per management request.

Skills Required
