- Perform weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Handle bookkeeping and journal postings to support financial accuracy and compliance.
- Manage intercompany billing, netting, and reconciliations to maintain consistency across entities.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and analyze variances to support financial health monitoring.
- Support the external audit process by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
- Prepare monthly (VAT, SII, 349) and annual tax filings for multiple jurisdictions, including Spain, the UK, and the US.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- At least 3-4 years of related experience.
- Native/near-native speaker in Spanish and English.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (Spanish GAAP).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with hard-working ethics.
- Strong diligence and attention to detail.
