- India Statutory Reporting: Drive end-to-end statutory financial reporting for the India entity in strict compliance with Ind AS and Schedule III of the Companies Act.
- GAAP Review & Alignment: On a regular basis, thoroughly review global US GAAP transactions posted by other teams to understand their nature, and calculate, prepare, and post the necessary adjustments to align the financial numbers with Ind AS for local statutory purposes.
- Direct Manager Collaboration: Proactively identify and discuss any compliance issues, structural variances, or transaction anomalies with your direct manager, collaboratively developing practical solutions to resolve them.
- Tech-Driven Problem Solving: Actively identify variances between US GAAP and Ind AS, trace them to their root cause, and resolve them by reviewing operational processes, system enhancement, and utilizing AI tools or automation to track and reconcile cross-border data.
- Ind AS & Schedule III Financial Preparation: Proven ability to independently prepare a complete set of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and Notes) in strict compliance with Ind AS and Schedule III of the Indian Companies Act, 2013.
- US GAAP to Ind AS Reconciliation: Technical capability to analyze transactions recorded under US GAAP, map the ledger differences, and post accurate Ind AS adjustment entries.
- CARO & Statutory Audit Management: Experience drafting audit schedules and directly addressing queries for Companies Auditor’s Report Order (CARO) clauses, including fixed assets and related-party transaction testing.
- ERP Systems Ledger Management: Practical proficiency in executing multi-currency reconciliations, adjusting sub-ledgers, and managing parallel ledger configurations in ERPs
- Adept at handling shifting priorities and meeting deadlines
- Proactive and eager to learn and try new things
- Ability to work with team members spread across geographies
- Experience with Workday Financials will be a plus

Base Salary Range: ₹1,641,000 - ₹2,461,400 INR gross
